Executive Summary
ORAS is an integrated workforce management and employee productivity platform developed for the Energy Regulatory Commission. It centralizes attendance and timekeeping, DTR and IAR generation, employee accomplishments, leave and work arrangement requests, approval workflows, announcements, task management, and employee services into a unified digital platform.
The Operational Challenge
Employee attendance, accomplishment reporting, DTR preparation, requests, and approvals involved multiple manual and disconnected processes. This resulted in repetitive encoding, delayed consolidation, limited real-time monitoring, and additional administrative work for employees, supervisors, and HR personnel.

Designed and developed a centralized enterprise platform that automates employee timekeeping, attendance monitoring, DTR and IAR generation, accomplishment reporting, approval routing, leave and official-business requests, task management, notifications, and administrative reporting. ORAS integrates Microsoft Entra authentication, electronic signatures, role-based workflows, audit logging, mobile connectivity, and centralized APIs to provide secure and real-time workforce management.
